Delivery Time:
We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5-7 days for domestic delivery time.

Order Cancellation:
To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with your order number to customerservice@uniquedogclothing.com
We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order that has been shipped. If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible.
Undeliverable Address & Refused shipment:
Please double check your address on the checkout section. Shipping fee will be charged for undeliverable addresses and refused shipments.
Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.
Return & Refund Policy:
1. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from Unique Dog Clothing, no exceptions will be made. Please email us: customerservice@uniquedogclothing.com to obtain an RMA number.
2. Returns or exchanges received without a Return Authorization will be refused and will not be processed.
3. All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).
4. All merchandise must return unused within 14 days of receipt. 20% or $5.00 Restocking fee will be applied.
5. For your assurance that returned merchandise is received safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fedex with insured delivery.
6. All Shipping/Handleing fee is non-refundable.
7. Please
allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card
statement.
8. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
9. Sale items are final sale items and therefore cannot be returned for refunds.
10. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. (All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information).
Sales Tax:
Any Items that are shipped to Michigan will be charged the current Michigan State sales tax rate. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Michigan.
Wholesale:
Unique Dog Clothing is a retail-only site and does not wholesale at this time.
