Delivery Time:

distributors. Orders are normally shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 7 to
14 days for delivery time.
Undeliverable Address & Refused shipment:
Please double check your address on the checkout section. Shipping fee will be charged for undeliverable addresses and refused shipments.
Return & Refund Policy:
* All
returns/exchanges require a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA) from UniqueDogClothing.com, no exceptions will be made. Returns or
exchanges received without a Return Authorization will be refused and will not
be processed.
* Please e-mail us at
customerservice@uniquedogclothing.com
to let us know of your intent to return item(s). We will issue a RMA number by
return e-mail.
* All merchandise must return unused within 14 days of receipt. 20% or $5.00
Restocking fee will be applied.
* All
returns must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable
condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).
* For your assurance that returned merchandise is received safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fedex with insured delivery.
* All Shipping/Handleing fee is non-refundable.

Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card

* All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
